Welcome to the Sensa Sensation

I called this blog "The Sensa Sensation" because if Sensa is half as good as it sounds, it is going to cause a huge sensation. I'm not big on diets or diet pills and neither is my husband, but we have decided to give Sensa a try. Both of us are very overweight and have tried other things in the past. I am 5'6" and weigh about 225 pounds (I think -- I haven't weighed myself lately!) so as you can see, the other things we've tried haven't worked very well.

We will post before pictures prior to starting to use Sensa and weigh ourselves so we know where we were when we started, and I will blog about our experience using Sensa. That way, you can wait to see the results before deciding to try Sensa for yourself.
